Kristi Cryer was attending a party
at Bobby D's bar when she claimed bar manager Noel Panko followed her into a
restroom and raped her.
Cryer was sent away from the NYPD,
because of not enough evidence to prove her case.
Turns out she was lying, and she
was really in the bathroom with bar owner Bobby D'Amico. When Panko walked in
D'Amico asked if Panko could join and Cryer was against it.
Detective Rollins went undercover
to catch them in the act, but did it without permission. So, she could not make
an arrest.
On trial the jury found the defendants
Bobby D’Amico and Noel Panko not guilty and were free to go.
